Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. <br>
- Manage reservations efficiently, updating room availability and coordinating bookings. <br>
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction. <br>
- Maintain accurate records, including payments and billing information. <br>
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. <br>
- Process payments through various methods and issue invoices or receipts. <br>
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. <br>
- Ensure the reception area is neat, welcoming, and organized at all times. <br>
- Follow company policies and security procedures, including handling confidential guest information.
