Facility Supervisor (RPO)

We are seeking a highly skilled <b>Facility Supervisor (RPO)</b> to oversee and manage facility operations within the NORM Project. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with environmental regulations, maintain safety standards, and optimize facility performance. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
<b>+ Facility Management:</b> <br> Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations. <br> <br>
<b>+ Regulatory Compliance:</b> <br> Ensure adherence to guidelines set by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MoECC) and Qatar Energy. <br> <br> <b>+ Safety & Health Standards:</b> <br> Maintain strict safety protocols, including H2S/BA certifications and medical fitness requirements. <br> <br> <b>+ Operational Coordination:</b> <br> Work closely with engineers, technicians, and project teams to optimize facility performance. <br> <br> <b>+ Maintenance & Inspections:</b> <br> Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the facility meets industry standards. <br> <br> <b>+ Reporting & Documentation:</b> <br> Prepare detailed reports on facility operations, maintenance schedules, and compliance status. <br> <br> <b>+ IT & Administrative Tasks:</b> <br> Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication. <br> <br> <b>+ Stakeholder Engagement:</b> <br> Liaise with regulatory bodies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
<br> <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Experience:</b> <br> <br>
<b>+ Educational Background:</b> <br> Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering. <br> <b>+ Experience:</b> <br> Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in similar projects. <br> <b>+ Certifications & Licenses:</b> <br>
++ Valid MoECC license. <br>
++ Medical fitness certificate from Qatar Energy Medical. <br> ++ H2S/BA certificates** approved by Qatar Energy. <br> <b>+ Technical Skills:</b> <br> Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email communication. <br> <b>+ Language Proficiency:</b> <br>Fluent in English (spoken and written). <br> <br> <br>
