IT Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in structured cabling, network infrastructure, and security system installations. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br><br><br>

• Perform cable pulling, routing, and termination for network and communication systems.<br>

• Install, configure and maintain structured cabling, including copper and fiber optic networks.<br>

• Conduct conduit installation and ensure proper cable management.<br>

• Set up and configure CCTV cameras, access control systems, and other security equipment. <br>

• Perform fiber optic cable splicing, termination and testing.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain IT infrastructure and security systems.
  <br>

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  <br>

• Collaborate with project teams, clients and vendors to complete installations efficiently.
  <br>

• Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in structured cabling, network installation, or a related field.
  <br>

• Strong knowledge of cable pulling, terminations and conduit installations.
  <br>

• Experience with CCTV, access control, and fiber optic installations.
  <br>

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  <br>

• Familiarity with network equipment, servers, and IT infrastructure.
  <br>

• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.<br>

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  <br>

• Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.
  <br>

• Certification in low-voltage cabling, fiber optics, or security systems is a plus.
