Duty Engineer

<b>Primary Responsibilities: </b> <br>

• Duty Engineer in planning and supervising daily operations, maintenance programs & staff assignments Coordinate with contractors & prepare consumption reports to improve workflow efficiency. <br>
• Manage team performance, including conducting reviews, induction programs, and ongoing training Prepare weekly staff schedules considering business needs and operating budgets. <br>
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, fire & life safety procedures, and maintain high standards of professionalism. <br>
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Hotel Management.<br><br>

<b>- Qualifications: </b> <br>

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).<br>
• Minimum 2/3 years of experience in hotel or facility maintenance.<br>
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. <br>
• Ability to troubleshoot and handle emergency repairs. <br>
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. <br>
• Good communication and teamwork abilities. <br>
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
