Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Welcome guests and assist with check in/check out procedures. <br>
- Handle reservations and inquiries professionally. <br>
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions. <br>
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs. <br>
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction. <br>
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
