<b>+ Sales & Marketing:</b> <br> Promote rental services, explain pricing and packages, and upsell additional offerings such as insurance and premium services. <br> <b>+ Contract Processing:</b> <br> Prepare rental agreements, verify documents, and ensure compliance with company policies. <br> <b>+ Fleet Management:</b> <br> Assist in maintaining the availability of rental vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. <br> <b>+ Payment Handling:</b> <br> Process payments, manage invoices, and handle cash transactions as required. <br> <b>+ Issue Resolution:</b> <br> Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive rental experience. <br> <b>+ Performance Reporting:</b> <br> Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, customer feedback, and sales performance.
