Quality Specialist

As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of healthcare service delivery by implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. <br>
• Developing and overseeing quality improvement initiatives within the medical center. <br>
• Ensuring adherence to the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI*) licensing requirements. <br>
• Analyzing patient care data and identifying areas for improvement. <br>
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure best practices in patient safety and service delivery.

• Minimum of two years of experience in the healthcare sector's quality department. <br>
• Strong knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards, particularly CBAHI requirements. <br>
• Experience in quality control, auditing, and process improvement methodologies. <br>
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
