Requirements

<b>Job Requirements: </b> <br>

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or performance analysis within a relevant industry. <br>
  • In depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and implementation processes. <br>
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and performance tracking. <br>
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets to inform decision making. <br>
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to present findings and recommendations effectively to diverse stakeholders. <br>
  • Experience in conducting internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards. <br>
  • Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean principles. <br>
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to drive performance enhancements. <br>
  • Capability to design and implement KPIs aligned with organizational objectives. <br>
  • Detail oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in quality assurance activities. <br><br> <b>- Job Responsibilities: </b> <br>
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes that adhere to ISO 9001 standards, ensuring compliance and effectiveness. <br>
  • Utilize Power BI to analyze performance metrics, create interactive dashboards, and provide actionable insights to management. <br>
  • Conduct regular internal audits and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and facilitating corrective actions as needed. <br>
  • Collaborate with department leads to design and monitor key performance indicators that align with strategic objectives. <br>
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives to senior management and relevant stakeholders. <br>
  • Lead training sessions to educate staff on quality management principles and ISO 9001 compliance requirements. <br>
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and standards related to quality management. <br>
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on quality goals and to foster a culture of quality excellence across the organization. <br>
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. <br><br> <b>- Required Skills: </b> <br>
