Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
<b>++</b> Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, organizing files, and assisting with employee documentation <br> <b>++</b> Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence with employees and external stakeholders <br> <b>++</b> Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews <br> <b>++</b> Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements <br> <b>++</b> Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance related to HR policies and procedures <br> <b>++</b> Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records <br> <b>++</b> Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization within the department <br> <b>++</b> Assist in drafting official communications, memos, and internal announcements
<br> <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br> <b>++ Saudi Nationals Only </b> <br> <b>++</b> Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field <br> <b>++</b> Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources or administrative roles <br> <b>++</b> Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external partners <br> <b>++</b> Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools <br> <b>++</b> Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing work demands <br> <b>++</b> Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work challenges
