About the Role
The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site-level civil works at a substation construction site. Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
<b>++</b> Supervise civil site activities including earthworks, formwork, concrete pouring, and finishing. <br>
<b>++</b> Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure daily targets are met. <br>
<b>++</b> Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to safety protocols. <br>
<b>++</b> Maintain accurate records of material usage, manpower deployment, and task completion. <br>
<b>++</b> Communicate progress updates to site engineer or project manager. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
<b>++</b> Minimum 5 years of experience as a civil foreman, with direct involvement in substation projects. <br>
<b>++</b> Strong leadership and communication skills. <br>
<b>++</b> Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications. <br>
<b>++</b> Familiarity with quality standards and safety compliance.
