Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
<b>++</b> Review and interpret civil design drawings for substation infrastructure. <br>
<b>++</b> Prepare daily work plans, allocate tasks, and monitor execution quality. <br>
<b>++</b> Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. <br>
<b>++</b> Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials and resolution of technical issues. <br>
<b>++</b> Prepare progress reports, method statements, and inspection requests as required. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
<b>++</b> Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. <br>
<b>++</b> Minimum 5 years of field experience in civil engineering roles within substation or power infrastructure projects. <br>
<b>++</b> Proficient in interpreting civil and structural drawings. <br>
<b>++</b> Strong understanding of project documentation, QA/QC procedures, and HSE requirements. <br>
<b>++</b> Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
