About the Role
A dynamic and results driven Lamp Salesperson is needed to join a growing lighting solutions company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market expansion, customer relationship management, and product promotion while ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable. This role requires strong communication skills in Arabic and English, along with a valid Kuwaiti driver’s license to facilitate client visits and market outreach. <br> <br> <b>|+ Compensation & Benefits:</b> <br>> <b>++</b>Base salary of 250 | KWD per month. <br> <b>++</b>Performance based bonus after three months. <br> <b>++</b>Opportunity for career growth within the company.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
<b>++</b> Actively enter the market to identify potential customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and expand the customer base. <br>
<b>++</b> Promote and sell lighting products, providing expert guidance on product features, benefits, and applications. <br>
<b>++</b> Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and maintaining financial records. <br>
<b>++</b> Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, adjusting sales strategies accordingly. <br>
<b>++</b> Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies. <br>
<b>++</b> Provide after sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
<b>++</b> Fluency in Arabic and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients. <br>
<b>++</b> Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license to facilitate travel for client meetings and market visits. <br>
<b>++</b> Prior experience in sales, retail, or lighting products is preferred but not mandatory. <br>
<b>++</b> Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. <br>
<b>++</b> Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
