About the Role
We are looking for two additional salon receptionists to enhance customer service and streamline operations at our vibrant, well-established salon. You will work alongside an existing Filipino receptionist to share responsibilities and reduce workload. <br> <br> Our salon prides itself on maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, where all team members work closely as friends. Our supportive and understanding leadership ensures a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
<b>+ Client Interaction & Communication:</b> Welcoming guests, managing appointments, and responding professionally to inquiries via WhatsApp and phone. <br>
<b>+ Inventory Management:</b> Tracking and organizing salon products and supplies to ensure smooth operations. <br>
<b>+ Follow-ups & Customer Engagement:</b> Maintaining communication with clients for booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and feedback collection. <br>
<b>+ Cash Handling & Payment Processing:</b> Assisting in cashiering duties, including payment transactions, receipts, and financial record-keeping (handled jointly with the second receptionist). <br>
<b>+ Coordination with Staff:</b> Ensuring efficient communication between salon workers and management to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.

<b>- Ideal Candidate Profile:</b> <br> <br>
<b>++</b> Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative is preferred. <br>
<b>++</b> Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently. <br>
<b>++</b> Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus). <br>
<b>++</b> Proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to work well in a team environment. <br>
<b>++</b> Familiarity with WhatsApp business communication and basic cashier handling is a bonus.
