About the Role
The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews. <br>
- Support onboarding and training programs for new employees. <br>
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. <br>
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters. <br>
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
<br> <br> <br> <b>- Ideal Candidate:</b> <br> <br>
++ Holds a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. <br> ++ Has no prior work experience or has been unemployed for more than six months (as recorded in social insurance). <br> ++ Possesses good to excellent English language skills for effective communication.
