We are seeking a well-presented and organized individual to manage front desk operations and create a welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

  • Greet visitors and clients, providing them with necessary information <br>
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally <br>
  • Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs <br>
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization <br>
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services <br>
  • Support administrative tasks as required by the office management

    ++ Previous experience in reception or office administration is an advantage <br> ++ Excellent communication and organizational skills <br> ++ Professional appearance and positive attitude <br> ++ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
