Safety Supervisor

The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing workplace safety procedures, ensuring compliance with SIPCHEM’s safety standards, and minimizing risks in industrial environments. The role requires proactive monitoring, reporting, and guidance to maintain a safe working atmosphere.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across work sites. <br>
• Enforce SIPCHEM safety protocols and ensure adherence to industry regulations. <br>
• Investigate incidents, report findings, and implement corrective actions. <br>
• Provide training sessions and safety awareness programs for employees. <br>
• Liaise with management to develop safety strategies and risk mitigation plans. <br>
• Maintain and update safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records. <br> <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br> <br>

• SIPCHEM Authorization Valid Card is mandatory. <br>
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and procedures. <br>
• Experience in implementing workplace safety programs and conducting audits. <br>
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. <br>
• Ability to handle emergency situations with a calm and professional approach.
