The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and professional correspondence within the hospital’s executive team.

Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <b>++</b> Administrative Support: Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups. <br> <b>++</b> Correspondence Handling: Draft, review, and organize official documents, emails, and reports. <br> <b>++</b> Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute summaries to relevant stakeholders. <br> <b>++</b> Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. <br> <b>++</b> Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless information flow. <br> <b>++</b> Task Prioritization: Assist executives in organizing daily tasks and maintaining operational efficiency. <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <b>++</b> Minimum of two years of experience in an executive or administrative support role. <br> <b>++</b> Excellent English language proficiency (both written and spoken). <br> <b>++</b> Strong organizational and multitasking skills. <br> <b>++</b> Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. <br> <b>++</b> Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative tools.
