Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
<b>++</b> Conduct end to end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. <br>
<b>++</b> Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. <br>
<b>++</b> Utilize recruitment platforms to attract and engage qualified candidates. <br>
<b>++</b> Prepare and maintain comprehensive recruitment reports. <br>
<b>++</b> Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. <br>
<b>++</b> Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the hiring process. <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br>
<b>++</b> Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the industrial sector. <br>
<b>++</b> Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and hiring best practices. <br>
<b>++</b> Proficiency in English (spoken and written). <br>
