A well established company in the food sector is looking for a highly organized and proactive <b>Administrative Assistant</b> to support daily operations and enhance efficiency within the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth administrative processes and ensuring effective communication across departments.
Requirements
<b>Job Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and relevant departments. <br>
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency. <br>
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to accuracy and professionalism. <br>
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems for seamless information management. <br>
- Handle email communications, scheduling, and appointment coordination. <br>
- Assist in meeting arrangements, minutes taking, and follow ups on action items. <br>
- Ensure proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to streamline administrative tasks. <br>
- Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. <br>
- Support in basic financial administration, such as expense tracking and invoice processing. <br>
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling company related information. <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
- Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. <br>
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administrative roles, preferably within corporate or food industry settings. <br>
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). <br>
- Organizational & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to manage tasks efficiently while ensuring effective verbal and written communication. <br>
- Language Proficiency: Good English communication skills, with strong writing and speaking abilities. <br> <br>
