Home School Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home School Teacher to provide personalized instruction to a student or small group of students in a home based setting. The ideal candidate will design and implement a tailored curriculum that meets state educational standards while supporting the unique learning pace and style of each student.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Plan and deliver engaging daily lessons across core subjects (e.g., Math, English, Science, History) and electives as needed <br>
• Create and adapt lesson plans based on the students academic level, learning style, and progress <br>
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects <br>
• Maintain detailed records of attendance, grades, and academic progress <br>
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a love of learning <br>
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student development <br>
• Integrate educational technology and hands on activities <br>
• Ensure a structured yet flexible learning environment <br>
• Stay updated on educational best practices and local/state homeschooling regulations <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br> ++Bachelors degree in Education or related field (Masters preferred) <br> ++Valid teaching certification (preferred but not always required) <br> ++Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience <br> ++Strong knowledge of curriculum development and individualized instruction <br> ++Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills <br> ++Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about teaching <br> ++Background check and references required
