About the Role
We are seeking an experienced <b>Chocolate & Pastry Chef</b> to lead pastry operations in a café or hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a <b>Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef</b>, demonstrating expertise in chocolate and pastry creations, menu development, and kitchen management.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Oversee pastry production, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and taste. <br>
- Develop and refine pastry and chocolate-based recipes tailored to the café or hotel’s offerings. <br>
- Supervise and mentor junior pastry chefs and assistants to maintain efficiency and consistency. <br>
- Manage ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and kitchen hygiene in accordance with health and safety regulations. <br>
- Collaborate with management to design seasonal dessert menus and introduce innovative pastry concepts.
<br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> - Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef. <br>
- Expertise in chocolate and pastry preparation, decorating techniques, and creative dessert plating. <br>
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a pastry team. <br>
- Knowledge of industry trends, customer preferences, and high-end pastry creations. <br>
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a <b>transferable Visa 18</b>.
