Assistant Chef

The <b>Assistant Chef</b> will support the pastry team in the daily preparation of chocolates, baked goods, and desserts. This role requires previous experience working in <b>chocolate and pastry stores</b>, along with a passion for high-quality confectionery production.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Assist in the preparation, decoration, and presentation of chocolate and pastry products. <br>
• Ensure consistent quality and adherence to café or hotel standards. <br>
• Manage ingredient measurements, mixing, and baking processes. <br>
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following hygiene and food safety protocols. <br>
• Support the Head/Senior Pastry Chef in daily operations, kitchen coordination, and menu adjustments. <br> <br>

<b>- Requirements:</b>

• Previous experience working in <b>chocolate and pastry stores</b>. <br>
• Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and baking equipment. <br>
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a kitchen team. <br>
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a <b>transferable Visa 18</b>.
