Logistics Team Leader

We are seeking a proactive and experienced <b>Logistics Team Leader</b> to oversee day to day warehouse and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of logistics personnel, ensure smooth workflow, and uphold company standards for efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Supervise and coordinate logistics staff in receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods. <br>
• Monitor team performance, assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met. <br>
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies across all logistics operations. <br>
• Work closely with inventory control, procurement, and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. <br>
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays. <br>
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to logistics staff. <br>
• Ensure accurate documentation of shipping and receiving activities using ERP or WMS systems. <br>
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment. <br>
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and contribute to process optimization. <br>
• Report KPIs, operational updates, and staffing needs to the Logistics Manager. <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> ++ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in logistics or business is a plus). <br> ++ 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a supervisory role. <br> ++ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. <br> ++ Proficiency in using inventory management and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). <br> ++ Forklift certification and understanding of warehouse equipment operations. <br> ++ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. <br> ++ Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards in warehousing and logistics. <br> <br> <b>- Preferred Qualifications:</b> <br> ++ Experience with lean warehousing and continuous improvement practices. <br> ++ Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations. <br> ++ Prior experience in shift-based team management.
