Proposal Engineer

Prepares technical and commercial proposals in response to client inquiries and tenders. Collaborates with engineering and sales teams to develop competitive, compliant, and compelling proposals.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Analyze RFPs and client requirements to develop tailored proposals. <br>
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical and cost inputs. <br>
• Draft proposal documents, including scope, timelines, and deliverables. <br>
• Ensure proposals align with company capabilities and client expectations. <br>
• Support bid strategy meetings and client presentations. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). <br>
• 2 to 5 years of experience in proposal or technical documentation roles. <br>
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills. <br>
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CAD is a plus.
