Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master with micro1, you will lead and facilitate Agile processes within our dynamic and innovative team. <b> Key Responsibilities: </b> <br>

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. <br>
• Support team collaboration by fostering open communication and team spirit. <br>
• Remove project blockers to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones. <br>
• Collaborate with product owners to refine and manage the product backlog. Track and report on team progress and project status. <br>
• Encourage continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team. <br>
• Mentor team members to enhance their Agile understanding and skills. <br> <br>

<b>- Requirements:</b> <br>

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. <br>
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. <br>
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. <br>
• Scrum certification is a must. <br>
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations. <br>
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. <br>
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for team success. <br> <br>

<b>- Preferred Qualifications:</b> <br>

• Experience in Agile coaching. <br>
• Background in leading cross-functional teams. <br>
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello.
