Uniform Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Uniform Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of uniform management for our organization, ensuring that our staff always presents a professional appearance. <br> <br>

• Manage and maintain the uniform inventory, including ordering, receiving, and distributing uniforms to staff <br>
• Supervise the uniform room operations and staff, ensuring efficient and organized processes Coordinate with department heads to determine uniform needs and address any concerns <br>
• Implement and maintain a uniform tracking system to minimize loss and optimize inventory levels <br>
• Ensure compliance with company uniform policies and industry standards <br>
• Conduct regular quality checks on uniforms and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed <br>
• Train staff on proper uniform care and maintenance procedures <br>
• Prepare and analyze reports on uniform usage, costs, and inventory levels <br>
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of uniforms <br>
• Address and resolve uniform related issues promptly and professionally

<b>Qualifications: </b> <br>

• 3/5 years of experience in uniform management or a related field, preferably in hospitality or healthcare industries. <br>
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred Proven experience in inventory management and team leadership Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. <br>
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and uniform management software (e.g., IntelliTrace, Uniform Manager) Knowledge of textile care and maintenance. <br>
• Familiarity with uniform regulations and standards. <br>
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on efficiency and quality control. <br>
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities <br>
• Certification in Inventory Management is a plus. <br> <br>
