Agency Nurse

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate <b>Agency Nurse</b> to provide high quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. As part of our staffing team, you will work flexible assignments based on your availability, delivering critical nursing support while adapting to diverse clinical environments. <b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and documentation. <br>
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians and facility staff as required. <br>
• Follow individualized care plans, facility policies, and clinical best practices. <br>
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing records in accordance with facility standards. <br>
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. <br>
• Adhere to infection control protocols, patient safety guidelines, and HIPAA regulations. <br>
• Work collaboratively with facility teams to ensure seamless patient care. <br>
• Travel to assigned locations and adapt quickly to varying clinical settings and procedures. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br> <b>+ Education:</b> <br>

++Graduate of an accredited nursing program. <br> <b>+ Licensure:</b> <br>

++Active RN or LPN/LVN license in [Insert State/Region of Practice]. <br> ++BLS certification (required); ACLS/PALS preferred depending on assignment. <br> <br> <b>+ Experience:</b> <br>

++Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience (hospital, LTC, or outpatient settings). <br> ++Experience in acute care, geriatrics, med-surg, or critical care is a plus. <br> <br> <b>+ Skills:</b> <br>
