A large multinational company based in Sharjah, specializing in defense, smart city solutions, and cybersecurity engineering services. Looking for advanced <b>Software Manager</b>

Requirements

<b>Job Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Manage system updates, change requests, and operational support in coordination with SRTA, STEE AD, remote teams, and vendors related to software <br>
  • Lead and coordinate Java-based backend development and change requests. <br>
  • Manage ongoing support, patches, and troubleshooting for existing applications. <br>
  • Assist in testing and deployment of software updates and enhancements. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>
  • Open to Male, 25 – 40 years old and below <br>
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. <br>
  • At least 5 years experience in IT project coordination, Java backend system management, or managed services. <br>
  • Proficient in Oracle DB and WebLogic with experience in leading software development teams and coordinating software updates. <br>
  • Must have valid UAE Driving License
