Production Manager | Tyers

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced <b>Production Manager</b> to lead our tyer manufacturing operations in <b>Jeddah, Saudi Arabia</b>. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving operational targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Oversee and manage the entire tyer production process to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing. <br>
• Develop and implement production schedules in alignment with business goals and customer demands. <br>
• Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce wastage. <br>
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations throughout the manufacturing process. <br>
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth operations. <br>
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance and development objectives. <br>
• Analyze production data and generate regular reports for senior management. <br>
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> ++Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. <br> ++Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production management within the tyer manufacturing facility is a must for this role <br> ++Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety protocols in tyer production. <br> ++Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively. <br> ++Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. <br> ++Proficiency in production planning and data analysis tools. <br> ++Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. <br> ++Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. <br> ++Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and work in a multicultural environment.
