About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <b>Inventory Controller</b> to oversee and optimize inventory management within our food industry operations. The ideal candidate will have more than two years of experience in inventory control, procurement, and stock management, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, monitor inventory movement, and ensure timely replenishment. <br>
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular audits to verify stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies. <br>
- Procurement Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate cost-effective purchasing agreements. <br>
- Cost Control: Analyze inventory costs, reduce waste, and implement strategies to optimize stock usage. <br>
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure inventory handling aligns with food safety regulations and company standards. <br>
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate inventory reports, track trends, and provide insights for operational improvements. <br>
- Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams to streamline inventory processes.

++Experience: Minimum 2 years in inventory control, preferably in the **food industry. <br> ++Iqama Status: Must be locally available with a transferable iqama. <br> ++Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in inventory management software, and excellent communication abilities. <br> ++Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
