About the Role
The <b>Digital Marketing Specialist</b> will play a key role in developing and executing online marketing strategies to enhance Code Company's brand presence, audience engagement, and lead generation. This role requires expertise in digital channels, analytics, and performance-driven marketing techniques.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and search engines. <br>
- Develop innovative content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. <br>
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and optimize performance. <br>
- Conduct data-driven analysis to measure marketing success and refine strategies based on insights. <br>
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain consistency in branding and messaging. <br>
- Oversee website SEO optimization, ensuring visibility and ranking improvements. <br>
- Monitor industry trends and competitors, implementing best practices and new strategies for continuous growth.
