As a Room Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences by managing room assignments, coordinating with various departments, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

<b>|</b> Manage and optimize room inventory, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of available spaces. <br> <b>|</b> Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival. <br> <b>|</b> Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally. <br> <b>|</b> Utilize scheduling software to manage room bookings and resolve any conflicts. <br> <b>|</b> Maintain accurate records of room status, occupancy rates, and guest preferences. <br> <b>|</b> Assist in creating and updating room assignment charts and floor plans. <br> <b>|</b> Collaborate with sales and events teams to accommodate group bookings and special events. <br> Monitor and report on room revenue and occupancy statistics. <br> <b>|</b> Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in all assigned areas. <br> <b>|</b> Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications: </b> <br>
<b>|</b> High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. <br> <b>|</b> Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or administrative role. <br> <b>|</b> Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. <br> <b>|</b> Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. <br> <b>|</b> Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. <br> <b>|</b> Exceptional time management and organizational skills. <br> <b>|</b> Effective problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. <br> <b>|</b> Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. <br> <b>|</b> Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. <br> <b>|</b> Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends (preferred). <br> <b>|</b> Fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus
