System Engineer | Defense

<b>Westlakes Recruit</b> is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support the delivery of a major Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) program in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex, multi-domain defense initiative requiring deep expertise in systems engineering, integration, and technical oversight.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Engage with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to elicit, capture, and validate requirements at operational, system, and subsystem levels. <br>
• Translate high-level operational concepts and mission needs into clear, testable technical requirements and user stories. <br>
• Conduct requirements analysis, decomposition, and traceability to ensure alignment with project objectives and standards. <br>
• Identify and manage integration points and dependencies across C5I subsystems, legacy systems, and external partners. <br>
• Support the development and maintenance of Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and integration plans. <br>
• Collaborate with systems architects, engineers, and program managers to ensure coherent system design across hardware, software, and networks. <br>
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and change management activities. <br>
• Contribute to test planning, verification & validation (V&V), and acceptance to ensure compliance with requirements. <br> <br> <b>++ Remuneration & Package:</b> <br>

++ Competitive salary, with accommodation, transport allowance, and flight allowance included in the package. <br> ++ Visa sponsorship and healthcare provided. <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <b>++</b>Proven experience in requirements engineering or business analysis within complex defense or C5I projects. <br> <b>++</b>Strong understanding of systems integration principles and managing interdependencies in multi-domain programs. <br> <b>++</b>Familiarity with systems engineering standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 15288, INCOSE guidelines) and requirements management best practices. <br> <b>++</b>Ability to work across technical disciplines (software, hardware, networks, security, human factors). <br> <b>++</b>Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools or traditional requirements management tools. <br> <b>++</b>Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. <br> <b>++</b>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. <br> <br> <b>+++ Desirable Skills:</b> <br>

<b>+++</b>Experience within C5I or defense platforms, particularly land environments. <br> <b>+++</b>Knowledge of enterprise and system architectures (e.g., DoDAF, NAF). <br> <b>+++</b>Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or DevSecOps delivery environments. <br> <b>+++</b>Understanding of information assurance or cybersecurity requirements. <br> <br> <b>|| Salary ||</b> <br> <b>SAR 45000 to 49000</b> per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
