IT Technician

The <b>IT Technician</b> will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across hardware, software, and networking infrastructure. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and an ability to support end-users efficiently.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals. <br>
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users, addressing IT-related issues. <br>
• Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. <br>
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices, including system updates and security patches. <br>
• Monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and data security. <br>
• Conduct regular software and hardware upgrades as needed. <br>
• Document IT processes, technical issues, and solutions to enhance system efficiency. <br>
• Collaborate with different departments to understand and resolve IT needs.

• Bachelor's or diploma degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. <br>
• Minimum of <b>3+ years of experience</b> in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. <br>
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems. <br>
• Experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity fundamentals. <br>
• Proficiency in hardware diagnostics, software installation, and IT asset management. <br>
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. <br>
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and non-technical users. <br>
• <b>Fluency in English</b> (spoken and written) is essential.
