Requirements

<b>Job Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external counterparties (including brokers, banks, and custodians) and act as a point of contact and escalation. <br>
  • Interact with the trading desk and the Relationship Managers to ensure timely resolution of client requests. <br>
  • Interface with Middle Office, Operations, Compliance and Technology for BAU processing escalation and support. <br>
  • Implement improvement projects to the systems/processes/internal controls for new and existing market /products and technology enhancements. <br>
  • Conduct periodic reviews of commissions generated against pricing sheets. <br>
  • Handling Internal Audit and regulatory queries as they relate to Client Services. <br>
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, SOPs, Service Level Agreements, and Business Continuity Plans for Client Services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. <br> <br>
