Area Support Security Officer

The Area Support Security Officer is responsible for providing flexible security coverage across multiple client sites within a designated area. This role ensures the protection of people, property, and assets by maintaining a visible and professional security presence. The officer must be adaptable, responsive, and capable of delivering high standards of service at various locations as needed.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Provide security coverage and support across various client sites within the assigned area. <br>
• Protect premises, staff, and visitors by maintaining a high-security presence. <br>
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies professionally and promptly. <br>
• Carry out regular patrols, access control, and surveillance duties. <br>
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including incident and daily activity reports. <br>
• Monitor CCTV systems where applicable. <br>
• Follow all site-specific protocols and company security procedures. <br>
• Communicate effectively with site personnel, clients, and control rooms. <br>
• Remain flexible and available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. <br>
• Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to on all assigned sites. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br> ++High School Diploma or equivalent. <br> ++Valid SIA License (or relevant local security license/certification). <br> ++Previous experience in a security role preferred. <br> ++Strong verbal and written communication skills. <br> ++Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. <br> ++Flexible approach to scheduling and travel across multiple sites. <br> <b>- Preferred Skills:</b> <br> +++Good physical condition for patrol and extended standing. <br> +++Familiarity with incident reporting tools and basic IT systems. <br> +++Conflict resolution and customer service abilities. <br> +++Full clean driving license (if travel between locations is required)
