About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AC Technician based in Riyadh to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and small industrial sites. The ideal candidate will be experienced in diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all AC units operate efficiently and safely, especially during peak summer periods. A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory, as the role involves visiting multiple sites and responding to service requests across the city. Communication and coordination will be done primarily via WhatsApp messages only (no calls).
Key responsibilities

AC installation:
Install, relocate, and commission split units, package units, and other common AC systems as per site requirements and safety standards. -
Maintenance & servicing:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including cleaning filters, coils, and ducts; checking gas levels; and ensuring optimal cooling performance. -
Troubleshooting & repair:
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, identify root causes, and carry out necessary repairs or part replacements in a timely manner. -
Inspection & reporting:
Inspect AC systems, identify potential issues, and report required repairs, spare parts, and recommendations to the supervisor or client. -
On-site support:
Attend scheduled and emergency service calls at different locations in Riyadh, ensuring professional behavior and customer satisfaction. -
Safety & compliance:
Follow all safety procedures, use proper tools and PPE, and comply with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements

Experience:
- Proven experience as an AC Technician (residential and/or commercial).
- Ability to work independently on installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.

Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of split units, window ACs, and basic HVAC systems.
- Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and understand AC controls.
- Skilled in gas charging, leak detection, and basic electrical checks.

Licenses & documents:
- Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory).
- Valid Iqama and ability to work legally in Saudi Arabia (preferred).

Personal skills:
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/roof environments and high temperatures.

Language:
- Basic communication in Arabic and/or English is an advantage.
