About the Role
Responsible for designing, reviewing, and supervising architectural works across project phases. Ensures that all architectural elements meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. Works closely with engineering teams to integrate architectural solutions into the overall project design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, municipality regulations, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure design compatibility.
- Conduct site visits to verify architectural implementation and resolve design‑related issues.
- Review material specifications and ensure quality and suitability for project needs.
- Provide innovative design solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Prepare technical reports, design presentations, and documentation for approvals.
- Manage communication with consultants, clients, and contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and site supervision.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
- Excellent understanding of modern design standards, materials, and construction practices.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem‑solving skills.
