About the Role
The BIM Coordinator oversees BIM workflows, ensures model consistency, and manages coordination between engineering teams. This role ensures smooth BIM execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and manage interdisciplinary model integration.
- Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain BIM execution plans and ensure adherence across teams.
- Manage clash detection reports and follow up on resolutions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and improve BIM workflows.
- Train project teams on BIM standards and software usage.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM management tools.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and engineering disciplines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
