About the Role
The BIM Modular Specialist focuses on modular construction modeling, prefabrication planning, and digital coordination of modular components. This role enhances project efficiency through advanced BIM modular techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop modular construction models and prefabrication layouts.
- Coordinate modular elements with architectural, civil, and MEP teams.
- Ensure modular designs meet project specifications and manufacturing requirements.
- Support off‑site fabrication planning and logistics.
- Conduct clash detection and ensure seamless integration of modular units.
- Prepare detailed modular shop drawings and installation guides.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of modular BIM experience.
- Strong command of Revit, Navisworks, and modular design tools.
- Experience in industrial or large‑scale construction projects.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
