About the Role
The Business Administration Trainee supports daily operational, administrative, and organizational activities across departments. The role is designed to build strong foundations in business operations, planning, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing business reports, performance dashboards, and operational summaries.
- Support branch operations, scheduling, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Participate in internal audits, compliance checks, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate between departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing).
- Contribute to planning meetings and help track action items and KPIs.
