Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage new customers, including contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Explore new market opportunities and track upcoming projects that support business expansion.
- Conduct regular client visits and market assessments to understand customer needs and strengthen market presence.
- Represent the company professionally and promote its products and services to prospective clients.
Sales & Account Management
- Manage the full sales cycle—from receiving enquiries and understanding customer requirements to preparing proposals and closing deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Follow up on quotations, leads, and business opportunities promptly.
- Negotiate commercial terms and establish mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and business development updates for management.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, customer interactions, and ongoing opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth execution of client requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Industrial Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is an advantage.
- Background working with contractors, EPC companies, consultants, and industrial clients is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship‑building and customer management abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings (preferred).
