About the Role

A leading company is seeking a Center Supervisor to manage and oversee daily operations at its branch in Al‑Jouf, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, high‑quality customer service, and effective coordination between the center and management.

Key responsibilities

  • Center operations:
    • Oversee day‑to‑day activities of the center.
    • Ensure all services are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Team supervision:
    • Supervise staff, organize schedules, and monitor performance.
    • Support team members and foster a positive work environment.
  • Customer service:
    • Ensure customers receive professional, courteous, and timely service.
    • Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & coordination:
    • Prepare regular reports on center performance and activities.
    • Coordinate with management and other departments when needed.
  • Compliance & standards:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a professional image of the center at all times.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (in any relevant field; e.g. Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in:
    • Supervision, or
    • Customer service, or
    • Human resources.
  • Skills & competencies:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Good organizational and time‑management skills.
    • Customer‑focused mindset and problem‑solving ability.

Working conditions

  • Workdays: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Location: Al‑Jouf, Saudi Arabia
