About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our contracting team in Riyadh. This is a long‑term opportunity for candidates with solid experience in the Saudi construction sector and a commitment to high‑quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct routine quality and safety inspections
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Resolve on‑site issues with practical, timely solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
- Familiarity with KSA safety standards and construction regulations
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and team‑management skills
- Valid Iqama (transferable preferred)
- Chamber of Commerce membership required
