About the Role
The Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of civil and structural works for EPC projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and experience working under ARAMCO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise civil, structural, and infrastructure works
- Review and prepare designs, shop drawings, bar bending schedules, and construction plans
- Conduct site inspections, ensuring compliance with ARAMCO and project specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure quality and safety compliance
- Oversee concrete works, foundations, excavation, backfilling, and structural steel activities
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, red‑line drawings, and as‑built documentation
- Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures and safety protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/EPC projects
- ARAMCO project experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD, and MS Office
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
