About the Role
The Civil Engineer will support ongoing construction and electromechanical projects by assisting in site supervision, quality control, and coordination with project teams. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in civil works within a professional contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising civil construction activities at project sites.
- Support the preparation of daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Coordinate with senior engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure work compliance.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to understand scope and requirements.
- Monitor material delivery, usage, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Participate in inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve minor site issues under supervision.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
- Fresh graduate (Civil or Mechanical Engineering).
- Currently residing in Riyadh.
- Not registered with any other employer.
