About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for candidates with strong on‑site supervision experience in Saudi Arabia and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow
- Lead and manage workers, subcontractors, and site teams
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, plans, and schedules
- Monitor manpower, materials, and overall site productivity
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain site compliance
- Conduct routine site inspections and report progress to management
- Resolve on-site issues while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia as a Civil Foreman
- Strong background in construction site supervision
- Ability to lead teams and maintain project timelines
- Solid understanding of construction methods and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Valid Iqama (transferable preferred)
- Chamber of Commerce membership is mandatory
- Basic English communication; Arabic is an advantage
