Civil Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with strong Gulf experience to oversee daily site operations, ensure quality execution, and coordinate manpower and resources for smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain safety and performance standards on construction sites.

Nationality Preference:
India / Pakistan

Experience Required:
Minimum 5+ years of Gulf experience in the construction field

Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Monitor project progress and report regularly to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to project deadlines.
• Prepare daily work reports and maintain accurate site documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman / Civil Supervisor on construction projects (Gulf experience is mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams effectively and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of site safety practices and regulations.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
