About the Role
The Civil Supervisor oversees day‑to‑day civil construction activities, ensuring all work is executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and schedule requirements. This role coordinates manpower, materials, and site operations while maintaining strict compliance with company procedures and client expectations. The supervisor acts as the primary link between site teams and management, ensuring smooth workflow and timely progress reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction activities including excavation, formwork, concreting, and finishing works.
- Ensure all tasks comply with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Allocate manpower and monitor productivity to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Inspect work quality and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and safety teams for seamless operations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and highlight delays or resource needs.
- Maintain site discipline, safety compliance, and proper use of PPE.
- Verify material availability and request additional resources when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects preferred.
