About the Role
A Saudi company located in Al Taawun District, Riyadh is currently seeking a qualified and professional candidate for the position of Customer Service Manager.
Experience: Candidates with two years or more of experience in the customer service field will be preferred.
Requirements: The candidate must be committed to company policies, internal regulations, and official instructions. She should demonstrate excellent conduct, strong professional ethics, and a positive attitude in dealing with customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for providing professional customer support and assistance, identifying customer concerns, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. She will also be responsible for handling customer complaints, following up on cases, and coordinating with the relevant departments to provide timely and appropriate solutions.
